Data and sources
We process information you provide when contacting us, requesting advertising or services, and obtaining vouchers. This includes the contact information and message you provide through the relevant channel. The voucher form requests only your email address, not your name. Voucher records include the code, associated offer and establishment, language, status and issue and redemption dates. Authorised establishment access generates device, activation, expiry and usage records. Hosting services may log technical access information for security, depending on their configuration. Analytics tools process browsing information according to your cookie preferences.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle enquiries and quotation requests on the basis of steps you request before entering into a contract; for other enquiries, we rely on the consent expressed by submitting them where consent is the applicable basis. We manage contracted services, billing and necessary service communications on the basis of the contract and applicable legal obligations.
We issue, deliver, validate and redeem vouchers you request, including duplicate-issue and repeat-use controls necessary to apply the offer conditions, on the basis of providing the requested service. Operational messages about your voucher do not subscribe you to advertising. Additional security and abuse-prevention measures rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service, subject to an assessment of necessity and individual rights.
We use Google Analytics to measure website usage when you consent to analytics. You may withdraw that consent through cookie settings. We do not send form contents or voucher email addresses to Analytics for this purpose.
Required information
Required fields will be identified on each form. Without the email address needed to issue and deliver a voucher, we cannot provide that function. Analytics cookies are not required to request a voucher. Optional information does not determine access to the service unless a specific need is explained.
Recipients
Your email address and necessary voucher details are shared with the specific establishment associated with the offer, identified before you request it, solely to manage issuance, validation and redemption. This does not involve sharing your data with all advertisers or authorise the establishment to use it for marketing.
Website hosting is provided through Tuacte (https://tuacte.com/). Service messages are sent through FluentSMTP using smtp.hadbos.com. We also use email, maintenance, consent-management and analytics providers, with agreements and safeguards appropriate to their roles. Retention
FluentSMTP sending logs are configured for deletion after 14 days. This does not determine retention of mailbox messages, vouchers or backups.
Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and provide requested follow-up. Customer data are retained throughout the relationship and subsequently for applicable legal retention and liability periods, with restricted retention where required by Spanish law. Voucher records are retained during validity and as necessary to handle related incidents and liabilities. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing, by contacting ventas@infomapdigital.com. We will request additional identity information only when necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es/.
